ENGLISH - DEAD LAST! You can't make this stuff up. Jefferson has an English score of 32%. That ranks us 67^th in the state. Not surprisingly, a whopping 68.3% of students are BELOW OR WELL BELOW GRADE LEVEL.

Pointing out problems is one thing. Proposing solutions is another. Al Cooksey will insure that NO STUDENT advances to the 4^th Grade unless they are AT GRADE LEVEL in English. Let's stop kicking the can down the road and solve this.
